Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and kk888 ("kk888," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the kk888 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at kk888.bid (the "Platform").

5. Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of kk888, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless kk888 has provided prior written consent.

kk888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Registration

To access the full range of kk888 services, you must create a player account. The following terms govern the registration and maintenance of your kk888 account:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active kk888 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kk888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances or bonuses.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. kk888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Account Verification (KYC): kk888 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide all documentation requested by kk888 for this purpose, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e. g., passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of ownership of any payment method used.
• Account Currency: kk888 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, and bonus amounts are expressed in PHP unless otherwise stated.

Deposits & Withdrawals

kk888 supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your kk888 account in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are typically processed within two hours during business hours. kk888 charges zero withdrawal fees on all supported methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Source of Funds: You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your kk888 account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. kk888 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time.
• Payment Method Ownership: You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited. kk888 reserves the right to reverse transactions and suspend accounts where third-party payment methods are detected.
• Withdrawal Limits: kk888 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. These limits are communicated within the Platform and may be adjusted at kk888's discretion.

Bonuses & Promotions

kk888 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus or promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each bonus or promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. kk888 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to players who have previously abused bonus terms or who are subject to account restrictions.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kk888 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and close accounts in such cases.
• Modification and Withdrawal: kk888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring any bonus already credited to a player's account.

Game Rules & Fairness

kk888 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following terms govern gameplay on the Platform:

• Certified RNG: All kk888 games that use a Random Number Generator (RNG) are supplied by certified third-party game providers whose RNG systems are independently audited for fairness and randomness. kk888 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent;

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;

• Engaging in money laundering or any other financial crime using the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kk888 staff or other players;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or any other user's account;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kk888 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Any content obtained from the Platform;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Technical malfunctions, interruptions, or errors affecting the Platform.

In no event shall kk888's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kk888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude kk888's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Privacy & Data

kk888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kk888 is committed to protecting your personal data and complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with trusted service providers and regulatory authorities as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

kk888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Engaging in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination, any balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no legal hold applies.

You may close your account at any time by contacting kk888 customer support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of closure.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

kk888 operates within the framework of Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.
